A new poll finds that the vast majority of the Israeli population would like to see Israeli sovereignty being applied over Judea and Samaria. Only 7% of the public is interested in establishing a Palestinian state in these areas.
The poll, released on Thursday, was conducted between January 10 and 15 among a representative sample of the adult Jewish public in Israel, by the Maagor Mohot Research Institute directed by Prof. Yitzhak Katz. The poll surveyed a random probability sample of 514 responders online, with a 4.5% margin of error.
29 percent of those asked support the establishment of autonomy in Judea and Samaria under Israeli sovereignty, 19 percent support a gradual application of Israeli sovereignty, while 29 percent believe that Israeli sovereignty should be fully and immediately applied. Only seven percent supported the establishment of a Palestinian state in Judea and Samaria. 18 percent replied with ‘I don’t know’.
Linda Sarsour, one of the organizers behind Saturday’s Women’s March, held in Washington, D.C., was recently spotted at a large Muslim convention in Chicago posing for pictures with an accused financier for Hamas, the terrorist group.
Sarsour, the head of the Arab American Association of New York and an Obama White House “Champion of Change,” was speaking at last month’s 15th annual convention of the Muslim American Society and Islamic Circle of North America.
While there, she posed for a picture with Salah Sarsour, a member of the Islamic Society of Milwaukee and former Hamas operative who was jailed in Israel in the 1990s because of his alleged work for the terrorist group.
A noted Kabbalist arrived at the office of the head of the Republican party in Israel this week [November 2016] with the express purpose of reassuring him that in heaven, the matter has already been decided: Donald Trump will be elected to serve as the next President of the United States.
Though Marc Zell, the chairman of Republicans Overseas Israel, is religious, he has limited knowledge of Kabbalah (mysticism), so he was very surprised when a noted kabbalist (mystic) contacted him last Sunday, saying he needed to speak to him concerning the upcoming elections in America.
The kabbalist, from the city of Bnei Brak, is well known in Israel, but insisted on remaining anonymous in the press. He arrived at Zell’s office in Jerusalem with his entourage in the early evening. Zell did not know what to expect, but was open to anything the rabbi had to say.
“There are things in this world we just don’t understand,” Zell told Breaking Israel News. “I figured this might be one of them.”
In his meeting with Zell, the rabbi stated emphatically, “Donald Trump will win the election and be the next president of the United States.” The rabbi assured him this would be a very good thing for Israel and the United States.
While serving as a senior adviser in the White House, Donald Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, will work to “broker a Middle East peace deal,” the president-elect said over the weekend.
In an interview with the Times of London, Trump said that Kushner, Ivanka Trump’s husband, would to take on the task of negotiating peace between Israelis and Palestinians– an appointment Trump has previously floated due to the fact that Kushner “knows the region, knows the people, knows the players,” Trump described in a previous interview.
“Syrian army command said on Friday that Israel struck a major military airport west of Damascus, the capital, and warned of repercussions of what it called a “flagrant” attack.
Syrian state television quoted the army as saying several rockets were fired from an area near Lake Kinneret in northern Israel just after midnight which landed in the compound of the airport, a major facility for elite Republican Guards.”

“The incoming Trump administration has told allies it is moving ahead with plans to relocate the US Embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem — even as those countries issue stark warnings of the potential impact and the Palestinians and Arab nations are escalating calls not to do it.”
“It is not in the least surprising that the PLO-controlled Palestinian Authority did not condemn the terrorist attack on Sunday. It is not surprising because the PLO-controlled PA encouraged the attack.
As Khaled Abu Toameh wrote for the Gatestone Institute, in the aftermath of last month’s US-enabled passage of UN Security Council Resolution 2334, which criminalizes Israel, the PA went on the warpath.”
